    Getting started with ligplot

    LIGPLOT Plot ligand-protein interactions
    (version 4.1.1) (IRIX)
    Including DIMPLOT for plotting dimer or domain interfaces, HBPLUS for calculating hydrogen bonds and LigEd for editing ligplot plots and NUCPLOT for plotting protein-DNA interactions.
    • Do source /prog/setup ligplot to set up the environment.
    • There are manuals for LIGPLOT (HTML), NUCPLOT (HTML), HBPLUS and a rudimentary manual for LigEd
