Getting started with namd
NAMD Scaleable Molecular Dynamics
(version 2.5b1, 2.4b2) (IRIX and Linux)
- Do source /prog/setup namd to set up the environment
- Then do charmrun namd2 ++local +p<proc> <config file> to run the program
