    Getting started with progports

    ProgPorts ProgPorts is an administrative and easy user interface to hundreds of proteomics, molecular dynamics, and protein crystallography programs. It is a hybrid of the prog/setup system, developed at Johns Hopkins University, and GNU-Darwin ports system.
