Getting started with seaview
SeaView graphical multiple sequence alignment editor
(IRIX and Linux)
- Do source /prog/setup seaview to set up the environment
- Type seaview to run
- Look in /prog/seaview for a sample data set (test.mase)
- SeaView web site
